When essential treatment is no longer available locally, we help families turn an urgent, complex situation into a documented and coordinated care pathway.
We connect families with healthcare professionals, hospitals, humanitarian organisations and public institutions able to help move a case forward. Our role is to facilitate access to care, without replacing doctors or guaranteeing evacuation, a visa, hospital admission, or funding.
When no single actor can resolve the situation alone
A request does not automatically become a pathway. It must be understood, documented, and compared against the truly available medical, administrative, logistical, and financial possibilities.
Our intervention begins with a careful qualification of the situation. We gather strictly necessary information, seek out relevant stakeholders, assess dependencies, and coordinate feasible steps. Every decision prioritizes the individual’s interest, confidentiality, and honest information about both possibilities and limitations.

What We Coordinate
Qualifying the medical need, the degree of urgency, and the effective disruption of access to care.
Compiling a useful, proportionate, and understandable file for medical and institutional contacts.
Seeking appropriate guidance or care capacity for the documented situation.
Coordinating the medical, administrative, humanitarian, and logistical exchanges necessary for the pathway.
Ensuring factual follow-up of the case, decisions, mobilized resources, and next steps.
Our Intervention Limits
We do not perform diagnoses, prescriptions, or medical procedures.
We do not replace doctors, hospitals, authorities, consulates, or official evacuation mechanisms.
We do not guarantee evacuation, a visa, hospital admission, or funding.
We do not initiate a pathway when essential information cannot be verified or its feasibility is not established.
We do not request a complete medical file via a public form and do not disseminate any sensitive data without a legitimate basis and appropriate consent.
Our Intervention Criteria
Situations are assessed against common criteria, without discrimination: severity and urgency, disruption of access to care, medical justification, minimum quality of information, feasibility of the pathway, and the association’s capacity to intervene effectively. The current geographical priority is Gaza, Palestine, and Palestinian patients present in Egypt.
Urgency and Disruption of Care
The situation presents a serious need and impossible or severely limited local access to care.
Medical Justification
The need is supported by actionable medical evidence and, when necessary, by the opinion of competent professionals.
Sufficient Documentation
Identity, situation, useful documents, and contact details can be verified proportionately.
Feasibility
A medical, administrative, logistical, and financial solution can reasonably be sought or constructed.
Consent and Protection
The person concerned understands the process and authorizes the strictly necessary processing and sharing of their information.
