The identified need concerned specialised reconstructive ear surgery, requiring precise medical referral, an appropriate hospital assessment, and concrete organisation of the care pathway.

A rapid, structured, and realistic response

This child’s situation required more than just finding a hospital. It was necessary to identify a specialised medical solution, mobilise a private hospital facility, facilitate communication, and concretely organize the pathway in Cairo.
