Give your time, open a way through.
Human Sea Bridge is run entirely by volunteers. Behind every request for assistance there is care to continue or studies to resume. Translating, organising a case file, finding a hospital or a university: every skill can move a pathway forward.
Useful, well-supported volunteering, at your own pace.
Real impact
Your time directly supports people from Gaza evacuated to Egypt: access to care and continuing studies.
A clear framework
Method, confidentiality, safeguarding: you know what you are doing and why.
Mostly remote
Most roles can be done from home, a few hours a week or on an occasional basis.

What we offer you, what we ask of you.
What we offer you
- a first conversation to choose your role together;
- an introduction to our method and rules before you start;
- a board member as your point of contact for any questions;
- roles that fit your availability, mostly remote.
What we ask of you
- commit to our principles: neutrality, confidentiality, dignity of the people we support;
- sign our volunteer charter and read our safeguarding policy;
- for roles involving sensitive data: be aged 18 or over and sign a confidentiality undertaking.
You do not need to be a member to volunteer. Volunteering does not give automatic access to the files of the people we support.
Four steps, no unnecessary paperwork.
