OUR METHOD

From a blocked situation to a practical next step

We make complex situations clear, gather the evidence that matters and connect those able to act.

A request is not yet a pathway. Our work is to make the next step clear and achievable. This common framework adapts to each situation.

WHY A METHOD

Coordination turns scattered information into a pathway.

A request must first be understood and documented, then tested against the organisation’s remit and the resources actually available.

Useful evidence, clear responsibilities, limits stated from the outset.

FOUR ESSENTIAL STEPS

How we work

Understand what is blocking progress, gather the evidence, mobilise those able to act, build the next step.

Identify

Understand the breakdown, its context and the exact point where the pathway stops.

Verify

Separate established facts, missing documents and what remains uncertain.

Coordinate

Connect families, healthcare professionals, hospitals, universities and institutions, each in their own role.

Facilitate

Organise a realistic course of action and follow each step through to handover.
Reviewing case files as part of assessment and coordination work.
A DOCUMENTED PATHWAY

Every decision rests on usable information.

We keep only what is useful, protect sensitive information and say at every stage what is possible.

A good file is not a large file. It rests on relevant facts, reliable sources, a need that matches the support being sought and a contact with the authority to decide. When something is missing or a route is closed, we say so.

OUR ROLE

Coordinating, not replacing.

We connect people, evidence and resources that would otherwise remain scattered.

Healthcare professionals assess medical needs. Hospitals decide on admissions. Universities review applications. Partners act within their mandate. Authorities make their own decisions. We do not guarantee evacuation, a visa, admission, a scholarship or funding.

PROTECTION AND ACCOUNTABILITY

A method that protects people and partners.

Consent, confidentiality and data minimisation govern every transfer of information. Media coverage of a pathway does not justify republishing everything.

We check who needs to receive what, why and when. We leave out medical details, sensitive documents and identities that are not necessary. When a situation falls outside our remit, we say so.

ONE CONCRETE OFFER CAN UNBLOCK A PATHWAY

Working systematically, with clear roles.

Healthcare professional, university, partner, institution or funder: tell us what you can genuinely offer. Please do not send sensitive files in a first message.

SUPPORT OUR WORK

Your commitment opens pathways.

Your donations help fund coordination, administrative steps, logistics and access-to-care pathways.

JOIN OUR NETWORK

Connecting skills, resources and goodwill.

Volunteers, health professionals, partners and local contacts can strengthen our ability to act. News from the organisation and its priority needs are shared separately, based on specific consent.
