Pathways and impact
Behind every figure is a pathway interrupted by war, exile or the lack of real access. Here, only documented situations: medical or academic pathways, coordination steps and the limits of our action.
High demand. A deliberately focused response.
Updated 9 October 2026. Each request is assessed against the documented situation, our scope and our realistic capacity to provide support. Requests we cannot take on receive a reply and, where possible, a referral to other organisations.
A request received is neither an automatic admission nor a promise of results. A case is considered open once actual work on verification, referral or coordination has begun. Medical, administrative and institutional decisions remain with the competent bodies.
Five stories, five different obstacles.
An editorial index, not a catalogue. Each entry opens a documented story.

From case file to effective access.
The Coordinated medical pathway is not a sixth story. It shows our method at work: the obstacles, the checks and the intermediaries required when a care pathway crosses several institutions.
We do not replace doctors, hospitals, humanitarian organisations or authorities. We make it clear who does what and look for the next realistic step.
A clear pathway in five steps.
Each step describes the status of the case and the next useful action.

Document without exposing. Act without claiming the result.
Each story separates our part — verification, connection, coordination, mobilising resources — from that of medical teams, universities, institutions, organisations and authorities.
No sensitive medical documents, no identity disclosed without consent, no detail that could identify a protected person.
Your commitment opens pathways.
Your donations help fund coordination, administrative steps, logistics and access-to-care pathways.
Connecting skills, resources and goodwill.
Volunteers, health professionals, partners and local contacts can strengthen our ability to act. News from the organisation and its priority needs are shared separately, based on specific consent.
